Mountain Hardwear Swift Jacket - Women's - 2006
If you've ever left a rain jacket behind to save on weight, you'll dig the Mountain Hardwear Swift Jacket. Made from Gore-Tex PacLite, the Swift weighs in at under a pound and packs down small. Don't think it's all about weight though. Paclite is also some of the most breathable waterproof laminate around, so even though it's raining cats and dogs outside, you won't drown in sweat or water during a hard climb. Micro Tape construction cuts out weight and bulk, and laminated details remove stitching for a similar effect. Don't settle for an uncomfortable rainshell to save weight, or leave yourself without protection, get a Swift, and be quick about it.
Bottom Line: The Mountain Hardwear Women's Swift Jacket - like a roof, but lighter.
