Look PX 12 Jib Ski Binding - 2006

The PX 12 Ti Jib Alpine Ski Binding's titanium construction makes for a bombproof, yet lightweight binding that kills it in the park. The Jib's mounting platforms consist of 3mm shock absorbers that give awesome cushion when you're stomping rails and crushing the pipe and park all day long. The spring loaded heel piece creates a boost effect as you launch out of the pipe, or just transition out of turns—giving you added responsiveness from every ounce of power you put into the binding.

Bottom Line: The PX 12 Ti Jib Alpine Ski Binding stomps it out all day long.

Good binding

These have done me very well. I have Look PX12 Jibs on 2 pairs of skis (Volkl Bridge and K2 PE). I broke one of them skiing in the backcountry. Might have been a rock that I hit, but I think the race or pro version (PX14) would have held up. Switching to those now, but these are super solid and have went 40+ aggressive days before the incident.

Great Binding

I mounted these bindings on a pair of Line Prophet skis and they work like a dream! They hold me in on the steeps and bumps nicely - very solid binding. Maybe one of these days I'll get around to do a bit of jibbing with them!

PX 12 Jibs rock it hard

By:

These bindings are definitely dope and work well for what I like doing (skiing the park and going big). I use to have some Marker bindings that released allll the time (too much) and with these bindings they release only when i need them. Either way, they still are awesome. Get them while they're hot

Super Solid

After hearing only good things about Look bindings, I decided to mount these on my old Public Enemys. They immediately felt better than my old unreliable Salomon's. I felt like I had so much more control over my skis. The toe piece wraps around my boot securing it better than any other binding I have had. I skied about third of the season on them and had no premature ejections. Only downfall is the tall heel piece. If you sit back sit you might have a little surprise.

Only way to go

Look (and Rossignol is the same) is the only way to go. Looks hold you in MUCH better than Salomon or Marker, but you still come out when you need to. Look is also pretty good with warranty stuff if their bindings ever (rare) have issues.
