does this binding adjust small enough to fit a 3 year old toddler with a size 8 street shoe (smallest ski boot made). Her skis are 76 or 80 cm

Still seems a little beefy of a binding for a 3 y/o. A 60 CM ski would be good for the average 3 y/o. You may want a lower din than two also. Call a ski shop perhaps?
