Fits like a garbage bag

I'm not a small guy but the large size is way big and I'd order a med except that isnt the real problem ...the thing has all the fit of a garbage bag- way long and just hangs from the armpits.Did i mention its really heavy? And not good 'this will keep me warm in a blizzard' heavy.... just heavy.
