With their Gore-Tex XCR lining and sticky FriXion XT soles, the La Sportiva Neva XCR Men's Trail Running Shoes easily takes on wet weather and steep, rocky terrain. Neva XCR Trail Running Shoes use dual-density EVA midsoles and TrailShock inserts to cushion and stabilize your feet, so you can charge ahead with confidence no matter how rough the trail gets. When you come across a wet, rocky section, FriXion XT soles dish out the traction you need to stay on your feet. Mud, snow, and rain don't phase these waterproof breathable shoes, and the Mountain Running Gaiters (available separately) seal the tops to protect you from really nasty conditions.

Great support! I feel like I could run all day in these and still have my feet feel comfy. Great grip, and the xcr is nice too.

The shoes perform well on trail, especially rocks as advertised. Because of the sticky rubber, they squeak on any sort of hard floor (not an issue if you buy them for running). The gaiters are short, but they work for scree, snow, and mud. The gaiters can be a little troublesome to put on and you can't quite tie the laces with the gaiters already attached. I like them better than my previous pair of North Face XCR's.
