Line Celebrity Ski - Women's - 2007

Tell your friends to get their cameras ready when you step onto the Line Women's Celebrity Alpine Ski. This women's-specific twintip freeride ski gets into every party on the mountain, from the park promenade to burly backcountry booters. Line keeps the Celebrity Ski light yet poppy and consistent-flexing with the help of the Carbon Matrix carbon laminate and the stable poplar Macroblock wood core. The Carbon Matrix lays over the top of the wood core to bolster strength and torsional stiffness without adding weight, which gives the Celebrity quick, lively responsiveness in the trees and the park. This was my first winter in UT and these skis were great in a variety of conditions this winter. I was surprised at how many people commented or asked about them, usually about the width, color ( they are bright) or just wanting to know the brand.

That is what people will tell you when they see you from above. I love these skis! So far have skied them on everything from powder to crud and they totally have stood up to my expectations. It has been a bit challenging for me to keep the wider stance you need with these guys, but I am getting it now and they are tight.
