Line Sir Francis Bacon Alpine Ski - 2006
Get a glimpse of Eric Pollard's powder skiing vision when you ride the fatty Line Sir Francis Bacon Alpine Ski, Huck, smear, and straightline your way to perma-grin on this killer backcountry ski. Go beyond the resort ropes for bottomless float on the Line Sir Francis Bacon Alpine Ski's chubby (142/115/139mm) shape. Line's maple macroblock core gives this ski a resilient, lively feel for smooth, consistent turns in the fluff, and poppy reaction in tight tree lines. Put the hurt on the mountain instead of the other way around with the Sir Francis Bacon Alpine Ski's fatty base and edges. The fatty base gives you twice the thickness of standard skis for bombproof protection from core shots and the reinforced fatty edges tear apart anything that tries to get in their way. Line designed this ski with symmetrical flex, which provides identical flex in the tip and the tail for riding fakie.
Bottom Line: The Line Sir Francis Bacon Alpine Ski—there's nothing better than the smell of bacon drowned in fresh powder in the morning.
