A great relief

I never thought that I would like hiking with a pole, but after a few miles and I got used to the cadence of walking with it I felt that I was able to relieve a lot of the pressure on my knees and body. This model is light and the grip is designed to offer many unconventional gripping options. Going up and down the trail, this pole makes my hikes more enjoyable and shares the stresses throughout my body instead of just on my knees.

Hey Max,

It looks like the price has gone back to $64.95. I have had that happen before but it's usually that the sale price only applies to a certain number of selections for the item. You may be best to jump on "live chat" and see if there was some kind of a glitch. They'll be able to look up the history of pricing and sort it out for you.

I broke my right ankle when I slipped on slippery wet leaves on the hillside here one morning in winter in Stirling South Australia5 years ago. On a holiday in Cambridge UK I bought two Leki walking poles; on my return to Stirling I always use the two poles for walking; I was warned that a second fracture was an increased risk if I slipped again. Also I have now heard about "Nordic Walking" Fits my undrstanding perfectly.
