LEKI Sierra Antishock Trekking Pole - 1 Pole - 2008

The solid wood knob on the top of Leki's Sierra Antishock Trekking Pole unscrews, so you can mount a scope, camera, or a Y-attachment for a hunting gun. This way, you get a hiking staff and a monopod in one adjustable pole. The Antishock system in the Sierra Trekking Pole absorbs impact, and the rubber tip won't click and clack on pavement and rockbed. Adjust this Leki walking staff to the right height for your legs or for that wildlife photo.

Bottom Line: Unscrew the knob and convert this walking staff into a monopod for cameras or scopes.

Write your question here...I bought collapsuble sierra hiking poles about a month ago. I thought they were fine until I tried to reset the length and lost the ability to skew the end into place. What is the make up of the interior of the pole to skew into? Is there a part missing? Any suggestions of where to go to get them repaired in Columbus, Ohio? I got them on line and can't find my receipt. ..so don't know who I got them from. Thanks for any suggestions you can offer. CWN

I really like this trekking pole. It doesn't click on the pavement because of it's rubber tip. The anti-shock is pretty good. I wish they came in a set though- I really want two of them now.

Replacements parts are not available through BC.com. I'd suggest contacting the vendor directly.
