Kokatat Gore-Tex Paclite Pullover - Unisex - 2007

The Paclite Pullover is the perfect shell for kayakers who want the waterproof, breathable comfort of Gore-Tex but don't need the technicality of an expedition-level jacket. This touring pullover is extremely light and ultra-packable. It comes equipped with splash closures geared for more moderate paddling scenarios and patterning that provides a more relaxed fit than Kokatat's more technical gear. The storm hood has great peripheral vision, and easily folds away when not in use. A zippered sleeve pocket with key lanyard ensures you'll never be stuck calling a locksmith from the pull-out.

Bottom Line: Functional, dry comfort on the water as well as off.

a good purchase

I purchased the Paclite Pullover as a top layer. I have used it on days that were 30F, with fleece long underwear underneath, and I have used it on a 55F day with a light top underneath. It is comfortable, lightweight, easy to move in, and seems to cut the wind. Water rolls right off. The hood, should you need it on a rainy windy day, is a plus. It has an extension almost like a visor to keep the rain out of your eyes.
