Kelty Cloud Backpack - 5250cu in

The Kelty Cloud Backpack uses Spectra fabric with Kevlar thread reinforcements to maintain durability while keeping a low 4lb 7oz weight. Load up the massive 86L of cargo space for the approach to base camp, then take off the three large cargo pockets to save weight and cut down on space for an alpine-style push. You can also remove the lid and waist-belt to shave even more weight from this Kelty pack when you’re on a highly technical climb where grams count. Kelty added gear loops to hold your crevasse-rescue kit during glacier travel, and a well-padded suspension system to keep you comfortable when you’re really loaded down.

My one and only

Well I finally got it!!! I have had several backpacks about 10 and most of them Kelty Brand. When I first saw this pack I knew I had to have it. I put it on lay away and 2 months later I was out on the trail with it. All I can say is I love it!! I wanted something that would stand up to anything the wilderness could throw at me (and my pack) it has water proof zippers, the fabric will withsatnd the roughest treatment, and best of all it has removable outside pockets for when I need a pack for smaller loads. I have gotten rid of all my other packs. I don't even miss the fact that it doesn't have pockets for a water bottle, in fact the reenforced gear loops on the side are better to clip a bottle onto and I can reach it better. All I can say is I am very happy with this pack and am proud to own it.
