I thought this vest would be longer and more fitted by the looks of the picture. There is too much material around the middle but it would probably be too short if I dropped down a size or two. I'm hanging onto it, but I REALLY wanted to love this one...The fleece is soft, the lining is nice and the zipper and armholes are lined with canvass, adding some durability. A big plus - the hood kicks some serious booty.

The vest is super thick and warm. I tend to run between a small and medium, but bought the medium so that I could wear layers under it. I could have fit me and a friend in the medium. It definitely runs big. I exchanged it (super easy - thanks backcountry returns dept.) for a small, which I love!

I love this vest! Its definitely a very thick fleece, but does a great job of blocking wind and keeping me warm. The cut is a bit roomy, but I wouldn't want it to be much more fitted being made out of such thick material. The hood is HUGE. More for looks than for functionality. Overall, a great item that I get complimented on frequently.

This vest turned out to be great. I purchased an XS and it still has room for hoodies to layer with, and doesn't make me look like a marshmallow! Perfect for when it's not freezing cold but you still wanna stay at just the right warmth. I'm from San Franicsco where it's major fogtown and this vest gives just the right resistance to the wetness and the wind. Love the chunky fleece look, too! Overall an awesome vest, no complaints at all.

This vest is pretty darn Burly! The material is quite thick, and the Canvas near the zipper and armholes is a bit stiff. It also does run a bit big, so if you want it to be on the form fitting side, I'd go down a size. I'm usually a Womens Medium, but I got a Small because it was the only size left in Black, and it fits perfectly!
