I'm torn...

I love this bag. It's got zippers and pockets in all of the places you might want them. It transforms for the job and can fit a surprising amount. However, it's not very durable. I've had two over the course of the last few years, and at around the year mark, it develops severe seem rips so large that they're basically irreparable. I still love the bag so much that I may still order another one. My advise: Don't use this bag as your primary bag. It may last longer if it doesn't get knocked around every day.

Packs a lot!

Totally in love with this bag! I mainly got it for a big NYC trip so I could carry what I needed throughout out the day with me easily and it very much suits this purpose. The "hidden" pocket between the strap and the bag itself is perfect for my iPod, the flat pockets on the back for my change purse, the top for hand sanitizer, and the cell phone pouch is great, too. Fits a lot of stuff without the bag itself being heavy and with the help of a little Scotch Guard on tops of the durable canvas & inside lining, it's great for any weather. I usually have the top of mine folded down so it's a messenger bag instead of a backpack, but it's great either way.
My ONLY hangup is that the strap is REALLY long for me, so even at it's shortest, the bag hits just below my butt. However, I e-mailed Kavu and they offered to send me another clip to put further up on the strap. Can't wait to try this one on a real hike!
