Inaccurate size chart

Nice shoe, i saw first in store, then ordered on this site, but their size chart is way off. i had to return, but did not want to reorder because i already paid $6.99 in return shipping. return shipping should only be charged if NOT reordering.

I completely agree because I had the same problem. The size chart says the shoes run small and to order a size up. However, the opposite is true. A Keen 5 is an EU 22, but most other brands are an EU 21. Therefore, the shoes run large, not small. I, too, did not return mine because of the shipping. It'll be a year or more before she can wear them.
