The time-honored Kelty Trekker External Frame Backpack sports a simple, traditional design just like Dick Kelty originally intended. The Trekker is the Backpacking pack that started it all for Kelty. The basic design has stayed the same over the years, but Kelty continues to add innovative features like hydration compatibility to this staple backpacking pack. The bulk of the pack hovers off the back to help keep you cool—only the remarkably breathable sprung mesh backpanel touches the body ensuring ample air flow between the pack and the user—this is one of the best qualities of an external frame pack.
