Overall, the backpack stroller is convenient and functional. However, the I have problems with the stroller wheels: the front left wheel does not turn easily and one of the rear right wheel initially came off (due to the pin coming off). I am going to contact Kelty for warranty service.

The only solution for moderate hikers. It's a little heavier and bigger than the ones with no wheels, but the possibility to convert it into stroller it's priceless. I carried my son for 1 hour and he is 25lb and had no problems whatsoever.

Works well, very convenient. As a small mom I can lift and maneuver it in and out of my SUV easily. Can't carry it far on my back though. Also the front wheels stick a lot and it doesn't turn well. For a long day we zip the Kelty Daypack right on the back and everything we need is there! Overall worth the bucks!

I just got my convertable stroller but so far it is great! Compact, lightweight, versitile....what every family wants in a stroller.

We recently traveled to Spain and were worried about navigating a foreign country with a stroller, backpack, and booster seat for our 15 month old. We found the Kelty Convertible Stroller and fell in love with it on our trip. It was light weight, compact, and functioned terrifically as a high chair since no restaurants provided them. Our daughter loved riding in it since it sits higher than a traditional stroller. She had no problem napping in it but we did put a travel pillow behind her neck b/c there is no cushioning behind the head. Our only issue was that it didn't fold up as compactly as our other stroller, but the portability and function completely made up for it. Great!!
