Luxury footwear? Oh yeah. The Keen Yogui Sandal cradles your foot in lightweight EVA. An extra-cushy shock absorbing sole treats your feet like royalty, with an EVA-wrapped footbed for that "chocolates on the pillow" level of luxury. These waterproof uppers with SBR lining breathe easy, feel soft and control moisture. A carbon rubber outsole bites firmly on all sorts of terrain, and Keen's patented toe protection keeps you from jamming your little piggies on your way to market.
Bottom Line: Slip on the comfy Keen Yogui Sandal and take a load off.
These are my favorite shoes. I originally bought them for an after ride (mtb/road) shoe, but love them so much I wear them for just about everything.
However as some people noted the shoe tends to tear near the toe box after trying a few things to fix them I finally tried Shoe Goo and that worked. Basically good as new.
These are great shoes. Very comfortable. But the problem is, they split on the sides of the toe-box under normal use. I've been through two pairs already. If you squat down, I think it puts too much stress on the sides and they split. Other owners say the same thing below so keep that in mind. You can still wear the shoes and they still function the same- only with a split in the sides. If Keen could figure out a way to reinforce the toe-box to keep it from splitting, they'd be excellent.
i dont see that as a color option but if you add an item to your cart it will show a real time stock number next to it in the cart, this doesnt obligate you to buy ANYTHING tho, because you can just remove things from your cart before you buy
I purchased these shoes to use as cycling afterwear and gym/camp shower shoes. I can see that I will be wearing these sandals a whole lot more when the weather gets nice. They are extremely comfortable and slip resistant. The foot support is better than those flat flip flops that actually cause foot problems. More style than those ugly Craps...or Crocks!!!
I got them today and couldn't wait to try them on. Slipped my foot into them and boy did they feel nice on the footbed! Perfect fit! However, the toes are a bit awkward and take some getting used to. They are very wide and the nose is tall, so it almost seems like a shield over your toes. I like the way they look, even though they do look a bit weird. I will warn you though, if you have any hair on the top of your foot (I have a little), the rubber will pull at it, so beware!
? about the sole color of the black version of this sandal. is it really bright yellow, or is it "gum colored (tanish or light brown clay' like many sneakers. i have seen 2 photos of this shoe and yours looks bright yellow, while the pictures at 2 other websites show as 'gum'.thank you
It is a thrill to see a 21st century design that surpasses all designs of the past. The Keen Yogui shoe is that design. Like walking on a cloud with a reptile grip, the Yogui proves that ideas and technology can produce streamlined function today. I am so pleased to find these "tight" (read "cool")shoes.
I am a big fan of Keen shoes, so I had high hopes that the Yogui would replace my Crocs for lightweight slip-ons. However, unlike most Keens (which tend to run about a half-size small) these are almost a little on the large side. While the shoe itself fits, the toebox is very tall, so sometimes it feels like the shoe will fall off. Overall, this is a nice shoe (with good traction), but be aware that the sizing could be a little tricky.
it depends on how much room you have in your newports; if they're plenty roomy on your feet...go with the size 9, if they fit just right...you'll want to go with a size 10.
I was looking for some slides to wear after biking and other activities where I was wearing socks and these fit the bill. I love the funky looks and the soles are very nice (vs. Crocs or something similar). Very breathable and seem well made.
So I've been using these for the past month or so and I can't take them off. They are stylish and fresh and don't make your feet stink (I've had bad experience with other similar style shoes)
Beware of the sizing as they are a bit small on the upper side of the shoe... I have a wide and tall foot and the size 10 fit in terms of length and width but they stretched my top part so I gave them to a friend and got the size 11 which fit awesomely.
Odd sizing. Tough firm rubber that is pretty abrasive on your feet if you don't have the perfect size. Absolute instant blister torture chamber in bare feet.
I received my sandal clogs a few weeks ago and have been wearing them quite a bit. They are a little wide but that's ok because I have wide feet and couldn't find a sandal that fit properly. I really like Keen and would buy more Vegan friendly products from them in the future.
I bought my first pair of Keens at a store in Washington D.C. during the summer of 2004. I wore them out in a years time! They are super comfortable shoes and really funky to boot. My wife bought me a new pair here and I love them too. I would recommend Keens to anyone looking for a lightweight, comfortable and stylish shoe.
This sandal is top quality and very light. The sole is Vibram and very durable, and they stay on better than your average slide. They will fit wide feet but fit mine fine, and my feet are not wide. They are worth the money and service was great.
The Keen company makes great shoes to begin with. The Yogui clogs are just another prime example of what perfect is. The shoes are very light and comfortable, I had no problem with rubbing seeing that they are all rubber. However, it did take a little while to get used to them, they are great in the river, on the rock, and on the trails. I wear mine everywhere and haven't had a complaint yet.
great sandal. very comfortable, very affordable and easy to wear. nice arch and heel pad. it does runa bit wide. make sure you realize that. mine fits but i have a D width shoe
Just bought these sandals and tried them on. I usually wear an 11.5 and was told to order a 12 due to Keen running a half size smaller. I got them and wow the size is so bizarre. They are designed for wider feet and the top of the shoe didn't even touch the top of my foot. it was about a half inch higher than my foot. If you have bigger feet, this sandal is awesome. Thank goodness for the "Unlimited Return Policy." LOVE THIS SITE TONS!!!!
Just bought these sandals. Very light. Very comfortable. Took them to Cuba and the rubber at the side of the sandal, by my big toe, has split. The sandal flexes at this point. There are strips of rubber on the top of the sandal that run across the sandal. Where the strips join back up at the side of the sandal is where it split. It has not been a big problem as they are just clogs. The design of their other rubber clog (Shanti) should not have this problem.
Great shoe ...love them... second pair. I have wide feet with high instep ...fit well Reason for second pair is my son, a college student, found my first pair and claimed them. I also have another pair of Keen sandals, lovethem too... This company makes great shoes.
I got mine acouple of weeks ago, put one on ( does look a bit odd) but did feel comfy till I put the second one and it didnt fit. The middle "strap" was a lot tighter then the rest and my foot did not fit (size 13)
The best post ride kicks I've ever owned. After a 2.5 hour MTB ride my dogs are barking in discomfort. Slip these puppies on and ease those troubles away! Crocs got nothing over Yogz!
Proved to be accurate to my size. I suppose these may have been cancelled since they are increasingly hard to find. They are comfortable to the extreme and seem well made. Soles grip well even when wet, and I have several lesser pairs of slides fall apart when they get wet. These do fine after getting wet, drain well enough, and stay on my feet a lot. Good product from Keen and I'm a big fan.
I am currently on my third pair of Keen Yogui's and they are the most comfortable and versitile shoes I have ever owned. Barely a day goes by that I do not wear them, and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for ultimate comfort, style, versitility and durability....without having to pack 3 or 4 pairs of shoes.
I think that's all I can really say about this sandal. They kinda make me look like a woman too, even though I had the blackest color. I'm telling you, if you're the type of person that sweats a little when you wear sandals, these will make it even worse.
I wear mine all day except for church or a special event. I too, have torn sides at the toe box. It doesn't affect the shoe, except for the look. I don't like it, but I consider it collateral damage from an almost 24/7 - 365 wearer. I am sad the Bamboo color was discontinued. I got my father and husband each a pair and they love them too. After my father had a stroke, he would wear them, since they are non-slip. My only complaint are the new styles. Camo and Asian, who thought that went with anything. They need to stick with the basics, in my humble opinion.
