Nice shoe but....

I really wanted to like these shoes because of all the other good reviews, however I will probably end up returning them. The shoe is comfy but the strap itself is ridiculously tight (even after I got a size up). Additionally, after testing it out by walking around, the inside back of the shoe rubbed my foot raw (the area of the achilles tendon). KEEN makes quality shoes but these unfortunately did not work for me.

This is my 4th pair of Keens and I specifically looked for a dressier pair to wear to work. After much googling, I found this pair on sale on Amazon.com.
It took a couple of days to break them in (I have bunions) but now they are super comfortable and look good too.
They fit true to size and have great arch support.
