Binding Question: If I buy a K2 Sweet Luv with the bindings

Binding Question: If I buy a K2 Sweet Luv with the bindings on then, how do I adjust the bindings to fit my ski boots which are size 7 (291mm), The last time years ago that I purchased skis I had to have the bindings screwed on to fit my boot and they could not be adjusted to fit another size.

Marker bindings are adjustable, so you can either adjust them yourself, on the heel piece, which isn't recommended unless you have the experience, or take it to your local shop, who would be more than willing to adjust them for you. Even if they can't be adjusted enough, the shop can remount them, which isn't that expensive. Hope that helps.

While my girlfriend has the balance down, she had a strong dislike for snowboarding after ONE run down the bunny slope. Being an understanding boyfriend, I took her to Solitude for a couple ski lessons. It was love at first sight (for her, both to Solitude and skiing). Getting to the point, she's ridden at A-Basin twice this season (mid-November) and is starting to get on some blue groomers. Take home message....? Get your girl some of these puppies and soon you'll have a little snow bunny that looks good AND can ski. Next stop - powder days with your baby. The Sweet Luvs will get you there.

I haven't been able to demo this ski yet. I need an all-mountain ski that's better on powder than my little Volkl 380s (109-66-97). Last season I demoed fatter Head skiis (Sweet Fat Thang, Every Thang--but now they are nowhere to be found), Volkl Attive Luna, Elan Pure Price, etc. but the K2 Sweet Luv or Lotta Luv look good based on the numbers. Can you evaluate a ski's stiffness from the ski stats?? I want a fatter ski that floats a bit when everything is ungroomed , but is still flexible without having to really dig in/jump on them. I weigh 125 lbs, 5'2" and have been skiing on 149s.

If you're an advanced skier, you might want to check out the K2 Lotta Luvs. I just demoed them this past weekend and am in love. They floated through the Vail powder with ease, but transitioned to the groomers and skiied out front side well on the way out of the back bowls. A friend of mine has them and also loves them.

I'm an intermediate to expert skiier and i need a ski that is versatile (I live on the east coast, though I sometimes go out west.) and that will work on ice and powder. Do you have any suggestions for me?Thanks!

You might really like the k2 lotta luv ski. I have a rossi ski (b3) from a few years ago and these are quite similar in performance. Of course the rossi b83 which is the newer of my ski is another fav out here in utah. I ride every part of the mtn with these skis!! I did upgrade to the k2 phat luvs for our really big "dump" days...
