The Contour DB holds honors as K2’s premier women’s snowboard boot. This all-terain boot features Boa lacing inside and out for comfort, easy use, and excellent support. J Bars in the thermo-moldable liners support your ankles and hold your heels down—adjust your liners on the fly with the lacing-harness knobs on your boot shells’ exterior. After getting your liners dialed, take two seconds to tighten your shells instead of several grueling minutes of yanking on traditional laces with cold hands. These boots feature lightweight, grippy outsoles with Harshmellow, K2’s answer to dampening and shock absorption.

No I wouldn't recommend going a size up. I would stick with your 7.5. You want snowboard boots to be snug, because they will break in and stretch a little once you have them broken in. So stick with your 7.5.

Do you need to take these boots to an Intuition liner dealer to get custom fitted?

Yes you do. Its not something you can just do yourself. A dealer will custom fit them for you and most likely do it for free.
