Julbo Ozone Sunglasses - Kids'

The Julbo Kids' Ozone Sunglasses combine a sporty style with dark Spectron X4 lenses to provide 6-10 year old kids with total eye protection. These lenses block 87% of visible light and include 100% UV protection to keep your child squint free all summer. You have no reason to take chances with your child's eyes, so get the good stuff—the Julbo Ozone Sunglasses.

Bottom Line: The top-quality Julbo Ozone Sunglasses aren't the kids' shades you find in the supermarket.

Were too small for us, too

Disappointed! My 7 year old has been wearing the Julbo Coach sunglasses since just before kindergarten and they have been absolutely excellent. They are just starting to get to the point where we can see she is going to outgrow them soon, but still working pretty well. We ordered the Ozone hoping that would be the next step up in size and would fit just perfect. Well, they are too tight, and the frames leave a lot of light coming in at the top--they don't fit close to her face like the coach glasses do. They seem to want to push forward on her face and droop on her nose. The problem seems to stem from the width between the temples (inside measurement from temple to temple at the temple screws is about 4 and 1/2 inches) not the depth (temple length from the screws to the tip behind the ear is 4 and 11/16 inches). So sending them back today. Not real keen on the other designs from Julbo available here, so not sure what we'll do next. I guess she will have to go through a bit of an awkward stage where we have to find some smaller adult sunglasses to fit her. Not sure why Julbo can't get this right--the sunglasses are of excellent quality otherwise and we've been so happy with the Coach. Sounds like many folks are having problems with the sizing, maybe they will go back to the drawing board on these. Would love to hear if anyone has found any other quality options for kids--thanks.

Shades are great

I bought these for my 3 year old daughter, and they are a tad big for her, but they are suggested for like 6 and up. But, with a beanie on, they work great. These are legit shades, not toys. Good lenses, 100% UV protection, and a good fit. And, she looks stylin', just like her old man.
