As the title to this review says, if you have the pot you need this piece. It folds nice and can be stored in both the cup or the pot easily. Light and strong. The only gripe I have is when everything is set up the pot and support is slippery and loose fitting. I still give it 5 stars because I do not know how else to do it.

This kit is a must have for anyone who owns the Jetboil PCS. It stores easily within the stove system and allows for the use of any and all cookwear. This is great because the the Jetboil pots and fry pans are a bit pricey and require the support kit anyway.

This stuff completes the Jetboil PCS. Works as advertised and packs neatly inside the Jetboil cup with the fuel cannister.

This is the gateway from the Jet Boil PCS to the rest of the world. You simply fold out the pot support and it's tabs center the pot support on the wind screen. The stabilizer snaps onto two different sizes of fuel can and makes the stove harder to tip. With this you can use almost any pot you want as long as it isn't too heavy. If you pack it up like you are supposed to, the parts fit inside the PCS and are protected so they will not break. The way the pot support fits over the fuel can when folded up, keeps it from being bent. As for the stabilizer, it's hard to break as it is.

The size and weight are great. it works as advertised, BUT it would have been nice if the prongs to set the pot on folded flatter. They are easily damaged in their current configuration AND... it takes about 2-3x the time to boil a pot (with the same amount of water) on this as it does with the Jetboil pot. The stability mount is great for added support regardless of whether using a non-jetboil pot or not. The stability mount folds up really nicely. All that said... I'm still glad I have it.

Unit is a little tall and can be unstable esspecially when trying to remove a mug with boiling water when its locked it also very cool how it all stores inside no questios asked a must have

Even just using the PCS, I found the stability kit invaluable. I prefer to set the stove on rock and there were not many flat surfaces around on the trail. The PCS is a little top heavy and having the stand means more options for placement. It adds virtually nothing in weight and everything stores so neatly inside the PCS. The pot support came in handy too when my bud wanted to use his pan for cooking up some canned stew.

Works great even with the larger fuel canisters.

You know when you're cooking in a big pot and you've got your curry rice dinner all ready to go and then you bump the pot and you end up eating 1/2 sand 1/2 rice? I hate it when that happens! This stability kit is what you need. I'm not the most coordinated cooker so I need all the help I can get. Its super light weight, compact and definitely worth the $.

These really help stabilize. If you plan on trying to stir in your stove at all, I recommend this, helps so you can stir with out having to hold the pot. Really helps if you do not have super flat ground to set the canister on as well. It is tiny and weighs nothing almost.

This is one of those things that improves upon perfection. The kit stores inside the cookset so it remains self contained. The stability support will work with large and small fuel canisters as well. Now I don't have to bring my Brunton Raptor stove to cook fish on the trail. Leaving the Raptor saves me almost 4 ounces on my trips. The flame is not as even as the Raptor, but with my aluminum cookset it isn't too much of a problem. I tried it with my stainless set and I had some scorching problems. Stainless is kind of that way anyway. Overall, a great addition to the already great Jetboil.
