JanSport Scout Backpack - 3850 cu in - 2007

The Jansport Scout Backpack is a great pack for adolescent and beginning backpackers. The Scout features a panel-loading design and enough room for three or four days' worth of gear. The external aluminum frame is easy to adjust and accommodates torso lengths from 13 to 17 inches, making the Scout ideal for backpacking through the teenage years. The breathable mesh lumbar cushion allows air to circulate and keep the back cool longer. Jansport included two side water bottle pockets for close-at-hand hydration and two daisy chains for a quick place to clip gear.

Bottom Line: The Jansport Scout Backpack is a smart choice for Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and any outdoor enthusiast of small stature.
