Huddled under this tarp, in the rain, just north of Rocky Mountain National Park. Rained on us ALL day. Set this up near the fire and played poker and just hung out. Worked great. Extremely lightweight. It's very slick and that made getting it back into the tiny stuff sack interesting. It rolls up smaller than a Nalgene and weighs less than a full bottle. Perfect to cover the cooking and hanging out area at basecamp.

I wanted a tarp that was lightweight. I found it. I wanted a tarp that was simple. I found it. I also wanted the best price. I certainly found that. Initially I wasn't too happy with gray being the only available color in stock, but putting it to use on a weeklong trip in Sequoia NP I found it nearly disappeared among the gray granite boulders. It was also easy to set up in any number of configurations.

I like the service your website offers and my ranking should not reflect the service. I am disappointed in the Siltarp2 – 8x10 tarp itself. I was expecting a ridge seam of 10 foot long rather than an 8 foot ridge seam. Integral Designs’ decision in cutting the sections this way does reduce the amount of material needed to make the tarp, therefore reducing the cost to manufacture. However, it also reduces the efficiency of a tarp with the longer ridge seam. With other manufactures charging almost the same for their product with a 10 foot ridge seam, I would be hard pressed to recommend this product to others.
