I typically loathe wearing shoes/socks but really wanted a pair of great shoes for trail running; the F-lite definitely does not disappoint. Very lightweight, quick drying and surprisingly supportive for a shoe made to feel like you aren't wearing any at all!
Shoes do feel very snugly, you may consider going a half size up.

These are some serious shoes. If mountain running is your game these are the shoes. You can tear around in the for hours on the trail and they still feel great. They fit snug which is what you want when your screaming down a mountain side plus the heel cup is low so you have lots of lateral movement. These guys make fellrunning shoes (mountain running in Newspeak!) and it just makes sense to by them if your planning on doing it!

True to 1/2 half size larger for toe space and very comfy inside. These shoes are more stable in the heel than people think. They are really, really light. The F-Lite 250s are NOT for bushwhacking. Your durability with any shoe is how you treat it. These are also wet fast, dry fast shoes. Your sock selection will highly affect your love for these shoes as well.

and, unfortunately, it doesn't appear to be a length issue. my feet just don't fit in them, too much volume, maybe too wide, maybe both. oh well, they look amazingly well built, the flexibility seems awesome, the soles are very impressive, but there is no way i'll be able to run in these. for comparison, my newish pair of New Balance MR790s fit very well, so it must just not be the right shoe for me.
