I use this shirt for trail running in cool weather. Fitted, but not too tight against skin. Eyelet in key areas helps with breathability. Does not itch and best of all does not retain sweat smell like synthetics can. Love this top. I also have a short sleeved Icebreaker T for warmer weather.

This top fits well, it's long enough to cover my lower back when I cycle, and kept me warm but not sweaty under my rain-resistant jacket while biking through Scotland (rainy & low 60s). Perfect for my needs!
