Bought this for my wife in the Black/Chill Small, she is Small in her other Icebreaker pieces. This is the first disappointment she's ever had from Icebreaker. As CaliAtHeart said this is a very slim fitting piece. My wife is about 5'6" around 115 and the Small was very clingy on her. Normally this wouldn't be an issue and I tried to explain it as a layering benefit (easy under outer layers, scuba hood) but it wasn't working for her. Also the very heavy gauge zipper actually had issues and couldn't be zipped up properly. I'm not sure why they bothered putting dual zips on this piece--I don't see anyone zipping this into another jacket and the 2nd zipper just caused problems.

If the piece had otherwise been great it would have gone back on exchange. As it is it was our first ever Icebreaker return. I gave it 3/5 becuase I can see how it could be a great piece for some (minus the screwy zipper) but not for us.

Another great addition to my collection of Icebreaker - very stylish and true to size, fitted but not tight, light weighted and warm. The cranberry color is very nice and not "little girl-like". I also ordered the black/chill color - not as pictured, the hood is lined with a contrast color - greenish-gray (mint). Whereas, the cranberry color is lined with the same color as the rest of the sweater. I guess when the color description has a "slash", it means contrast color.
Aside from colors, the quality and fit is awesome!

Yet another addition to my icebreaker collection. Got mine in black. I wear this during morning jogs and after evening yoga classes. I wear a small in most icebreaker shirts, got a small in this and wish it were just a tad larger. Has a slim athletic fit -- looks awesome during exercise activities but a tad too small to wear over regular clothing. This thing has thumb loops but the hand opening is large enough to comfortably fit your entire hand through, not just the four fingers. Overall very happy with it!

Excellent sweater. I have no complaints except that I with I had one in every color!

Another terrific Icebreaker piece of clothing. I purchased one for myself, one for my daughter in San Francisco and another for my son's girlfriend in Los Angeles all in black. Each of us is delighted with the fit, warmth, style and quality. It can be assured that all three of us, in our different climes, will quite often turn to thIs Icebreaker hoodie for warmth, comfort and protection. I always look for this brand on the Backcountry.com site. Quite often it can be found at terrific prices.

Just got mine in, so it's not performance tested yet. But if fits GREAT - I am 5 10, got an M and it is actually long enough! It is really light weight, seems warm for the weight. Soft, stretchy and not skin-tight! More to follow when I put some miles on with it.

This sweater rocks. I got it for a cycling trip in Europe. It is toasty warm when you need it to be, with the tight knit. It is very stylish. It's weight to warmth ratio is excellent. It does not take up too much space in your pannier or pack and It looks nice day after day of hard use. It is well worth the price, I am thinking of getting it in black too.
