Ibex Norgie Crew - Women's - 2005

The Ibex Women's Norgie Crew Shirt has arrived, and your old synthetic base layers are feeling the heat. A versatile midweight long underwear top, the Norgie Crew has such great moisture management and warmth you'll wonder why you haven't been wearing merino wool all along. Don't be fooled by outdated notions of wool; this completely soft-to-the-touch base layer is itch-free and manages heat better than manmade synthetics. Merino wool is naturally anti-microbial, so the Norgie won't retain your unpleasant workout odors like polyester fabrics do. Throw on a Norgie and discover a softness and technical prowess you never believed possible in wool.

Bottom Line: Throw out old synthetic base layers; go with the all-natural Merino wool Norgie long underwear top.

I wanted wool.... and I'm happy with this one

I love this shirt. I have super sensitive skin, and there was a whisper of an itch that few other than me would feel. I don't have a good sense of smell either, but I didn't notice anything after wearing it for a week straight! I like how it fits.

Good Base Layer

I purchased this to wear as every day gear while I'm overseas for a year. The shirt is warm, looks nice and is super comfy.

My favorite base layer top

This top is perfect for cold days out in the snow. It wicks, it doesn't smell over time, and feels comfortable against the skin (even though it's wool). You can also get away with wearing this shirt with a pair of jeans if you feel like going casual. Best of all, I love knowing that what I'm wearing is 100% natural (no chemicals!) This top fits true to size.

Thought I might help some ladies out. This is a great base layer or layer to just hang around in. Nice style and comfort lead to a lot of use. I perfer the natural merino wool fiber over synthetics. I feel you get a broader range of comfort.
