Icelantic Pilgrim Alpine Ski - 2008

The Pilgrim is Icelantic’s go-anywhere all-mountain ski, with a very short but surprisingly stable shape that keeps things light for touring. They float admirably in soft snow thanks to a generous shovel, and even with 90mm underfoot, the Pilgrim’s 17-meter turning radius and stiff poplar core let you rip up the groomers when the snow is hard as a rock. In-bounds aside, the Pilgrim’s sub-seven pound heft per pair and short dimensions make for a nimble touring ski, which is how Icelantic designed them. They recommend you drop down ten centimeters from your usual length to find your correct size.

Bottom Line: Short, but very, very sweet.

BEST SKIS IN THE WORLD

Nothing matches Icelantic. You can do almost anything with these skis, Park, Trees, Ice, Crud, Powder... you name it. The skis are wide, so you don't have to worry about length. The construction is very quality. Hand Made in Colorado. I highly recommend these skis. (Awesome pained graphics as well... absolutely everyone asks you about them)
