These are the least breathable gloves I've owned.
My hands sweat a lot, even when they are cold. I wet these gloves out within an hour of skiing.

Pros:
pretty warm, great dexterity, love the long low profile cuff that easily fits under a jacket, excellent grip.

Cons:
not breathable, not waterproof, and not windproof. Given these cons, I'm not really sure what the point of these gloves is.

What does the 11.0 or 7.0 option meen on this? sizing wise

The 11.0 and 7.0 are sizing in inches. If you click on the sizing chart link it will describe how Hestra measures. It's a pretty standard method of measuring but their sizing is their own deal.Hope that helps.
