This a complete redesign for 09/10. Padded fingers and top of hand for some protection from trees and what ever else the hand may hit. The combo of cowhide and goat leather give a soft and supple feel. Reverse stitching on fingers and hand make the feel inside most noticeable from any other glove, comfort, no wadded up leather restricting movement and making your hand and fingers uncomfortable. Side zip for easy entry and nose wipe on thumb. Insulated and a waterproof breathable insert to add to the warmth. Higher on the wrist than my past glove and also comes with wrist cuffs so you can take gloves off and let them hang from the wrist, removable as well.

I highly recommend using the waterproofing wax that comes with the gloves. This helps make them warmer and seals the thread holes in the leather, it's very noticeable if you do this. After some time you should do it again. Enjoy!

These gloves are simply the best. Hestra has always made great gloves and they continue to do so with the Seth Morrison pro model. They are incredibly comfortable and super warm. They have some padding for extra protection in case you bang your fingers into something like a tree on the mountain. The wrist straps are a great feature for when you need to take off your gloves, you can just let them hang form your hands instead of having to take them completely off and holding them or putting them down. Again, these are one of the best gloves out there and score in every category. A great buy!
