Helly Hansen Velocity Jacket - Men's - 2008

Whether you’re bombing down the groomers or straight-lining a tight chute, high speeds require the weather protection of the Helly Hansen Men’s Velocity Jacket. The Velocity’s two-layer waterproof breathable shell features Underarm zips and a removable hood for ventilation, and a snap-away powder skirt and goggle wipe for blower conditions. The adjustable hood and hem let you hunker down when the snow’s going sideways.

Good jacket, but costly customs.

Wonderful jacket. Looks great and a joy to wear.

Be aware of custom costs though when shipping to Europe for example. This made the jacket 80 EUR more expensive than I had expected.

Check out the HH Legend pants, they are really thin, but keep me super warm. The don't come in the colours you want, but black goes with anything. They are also a little expensive, but worth every cent. I;m actually pretty sure HH doesn't make a red pant this season, and I'm not sureo n the white. If you want a different companies pant, you kinda loose the interface between jacket and pant too.

Incredible Ski Jacket

I bought this jacket from Joe's Sports and Outdoors because Backcountry didn't have my size. Also, this is an Insulated jacket! Backcountry's description is wrong. It is quite warm and light weight, has a plethora of zippers, and is fully waterproof. I'm 6'3", with long arms and narrow shoulders and the XL fits great. The overall build quality of this jacket feels top notch, but I haven't gotten a chance to try it out on the mountain as I bought it in the Spring sales.
