Stretch softshell construction finds the perfect balance between weather resistance and breathability, for high output pursuits in constantly changing conditions. Excellent Spring ski alpinism Pant

Now that the spring ski mountaineering season is upon us my HH Guide Pants starting working overtime out in the mountains. This is my go to pant for long ski tours and spring ski mountaineering trips. The softshell construction is stretchy yet technical and the articulation in the knee area makes movement breeze, even with knee pads on underneath. The cut is definitely "ski touring" style, but that is why they wear so well. There are other competitors with similar products out there but the Guide Pant stands tall among them.

Well, functionally they are awesome for any activity, but if you are worried what people might think of you as a snowboarder wearing anything but XXl you will probably be disappointed. But for getting after it in the mountains in spring they are hard to beat!

They won't look bad at all, unless you are trying to be a park rider, then they would be uncomfortable and a little laughable. But if you love the big lines and try to avoid the park, these are a sweet pant, and if you get the right size, are pretty good looking on almost anyone, even snowboarders.

I bought these for biking in the winter and they are perfect. A great fit, legs are narrow so they keep away from the chain. All the pockets zipper which is great, and they handle the rain and cold very well. I'm not an overly emotional guy but I'm not ashamed to admit that I love these pants.

These pants are great! They are well vented, articulated at the knee, and very breathable. The leg openings at the bottom are a bit tight but do fit over ski boots. Two thumbs up!
