I've never bought Helly Hansen before, so I'm looking

I've never bought Helly Hansen before, so I'm looking for sizing suggestions. I'm 5'9"-ish and 150lbs or a tad under. Prefer fitted to loose. Anyone out there have recommendations?

helly baselayers run pretty fitted, I am 5-8 135 lbs. Small is close to compression fit, meduim is like fitted causal wear for me.
