Haiku To-Go Bag - Women's

I LOVE THIS BAG!! It is so much better than I could've imagined. The colors look even cuter than online (I have the brown w/green) and it has a great texture. Even though it is faux leather, it looks very expensive and not cheap or fake and feels soft. It wears amazingly - I have gotten this thing wet and spilled on more times than I can count and it still looks brand new!

The strap is fully adjustable - shorten it up to hang it nicely up under your arm or extend it out for cross-body (it even goes cross body on my 5'9" plus size friend who can't find many bags that are long enough). Amazingly, the strap stays put when its just hung on my shoulder, something that usually doesn't happen.

It holds a TON of stuff without being bulky (by a ton - magazine, small notebook, changing pad, wipe container, 2 diapers, snacks, extra clothes & toy for a 2 year old just in the large compartment alone. Plus Sherpani's Zoe wallet & a checkbook & pen in the 2 large pockets just under the flap with still plenty of room for chapstick, lipstick, powder, tissues and everything else I could possibly need). Plus I can fit a 16-20 ounce water bottle or sippy cup in one pocket on the side and my cell phone and sunglasses in the other one.

About the only improvement I could want for this bag is to have a magnetic closure instead of the clip and to add something to hook your keys too (they do tend to fall to the bottom if I just throw them in), but I can't even list them as cons - just improvements.

It has been worth every penny - I love that I can use it for everyday for myself and not feel like I'm carrying luggage, but can throw in what I need for my 3 kids too when on the go and not always have to tote around my diaper bag.

I have the bloom-chocolate flower bag and I absolutely love it! It is great for packing a small book and a water bottle for a day on the town; not to mention that it is a great looking bag that has received many compliments. Lastly, the suede on the outside is easy to clean up any spills.

This bag is not only eco friendly and good looking. A little on the heavier side but it should stand the test of time!

I bought this bag before I went on vacation with my two kids-ages 5 and 2-and it worked fantastic for the zoo and the amusement parks we went to. My husband even said he loved it because I could carry his sunglasses easily and had enough pockets for all "the little things" like kleenexs, shout wipes, sunscreen, etc... and it wasn't a big bulky diaper bag. I also ride my bike to work in the summer so this bag works great for that as well. Thank you so much!

I needed a good 'summer bag' for a journal, paperback, iPhone, lotion, wallet, etc. I wanted a bag with a separate compartment for a water bottle and this one fits both my Sigg bottles perfectly. The little compartments are very handy - especially the other side compartment for hand lotion and keys. I am traveling to Ireland this summer and am already loving how versatile and handy this bag is. Perfect for the 'around the town' shopping trip and great for an under-the-seat carry-on/purse.

I just adore my Haiku to go bag! It holds much more than I have, but its the first one to be able to tote my umbrella and a 20 oz thermos on each side. It has made my school life much more simpler, and I don't have to fiddle around with carrying my drink separately from my bag anymore. The Haiku bag made up for 6 bags (which all of them were donated to Goodwill) that I had before my purchase. I am very pleased with it, it looks nice on, and I get lots of compliments from friends about my purse.

I've had my Haiku bag for a year now, and havent even been tempted to buy another purse. The bag offers tons of storage without the fear of losing anything, and offers 2 cup holders! Its great for travelling as it has the capacity to hold a good-sized book, and has a secure zippered pocket to hold your docs with easy access.

In full agreement with other users' positive comments. Terrific color scheme and attention to detail, inside and out. Yes, a bit on the heavy side, but that's what makes the bag durable and, I expect, long-lasting. Love the flower-embroidery design and color contrasts -- unusually tasteful and original for an American design (and thus lives up to its "Haiku" bag name).

I bought the chocolate brown swirl bag and it is fabulous! It has lots of room for a mother of two busy pre-schoolers, but is not too bulky. I wanted to graduate from a diper bag, but I still needed some room for a pull-up, wipes and a snack. I've gotten lots of compliments on it and plan to use this for years to come! Kudos to Backcountry & Haiku for a great product and excellent service!

I like the size and look of this bag and that it look so different from all the other bags out there!
