No. You need last years Tuneups (2009 or older). It's an entire earpad with the speaker already inside. The good news is they should be on sale.

Tuneup Drops only work with 2010 helmets. You'll need last years tuneups that come with the entire ear pad. They should be on sale on the site.

The ear pad has a velcro pocket, open the pocket and pull out the open cell foam, push out the inner circle, insert the speaker and "drop" it back into the ear pad. Mine are really comfortable. If you get too much pressure you could easily remove the speakers and keep ripping for the day. This is the best and most versatile system I have seen.

If you buy a 2010 Giro snow helmet get the TuneUp Drops, they are compatible with all NEW Giro adult snow helmets. The earpad of the 2010 helmets have a velcro pocket that yo drop the "drops" in and go. If you have an older model helmet get the original tuneups.
