Gerber Vallotton Knife - 2008

The lightweight Gerber Vallotton Fine Edge Knife features F.A.S.T. spring-assisted opening, which allows you to flip the blade out in a split second—a handy feature when you suddenly find yourself entangled in fishing line. This knife's checkered texture provides excellent grip for confident cutting, and it comes in either a fine or serrated edge. At a mere 4 ounces, you can clip this knife into your pocket and barely feel it. A safety lock prevents mishaps but unlocks with a flick of the thumb when you need a blade.
