Wok and Roll!

This wok is great! Light and extremely hardy. Lid is shaped so you can lay it upside down into wok and fold handle over the top to make it more compact. Great nonstick surface and gives my home cookware a run for it's money! Only downside is the 9 inch is a little small if you are cooking for more than a few people.

Handle never gets too hot to touch. the non stick works great while cooking and aiding in cleaning. Hard to evenly cook bacon on. Great for big mixed dishes like jambalaya.
