Garmin 60 CX GPS Unit - 2007

If you're a serious outdoor enthusiast or work in the outdoors, get your hands on the Garmin 60 Cx GPS Unit. This GPS lets you store 50 routes and 1,000 waypoints as well as load map data. The stored routes are reversible, meaning you can trace your path in either direction. Install maps with microSD cards pre-loaded with topos, marine cartography, and street maps, or download maps from your computer into your GPS unit. The WAAS-enabled Garmin 60 Cx tracks up to 12 satellites in order to get your location, and in fair weather, it acquires a signal in a mere one second. Its extra-sensitive receiver lets you track your location in heavy foliage or deep canyons. The color display is LED backlit for easy reading. Other features you'll appreciate are the built-in U.S. road maps for navigating blue highways, a trip computer that lets you determine your speed and distance, and built-in tables that let you know the best time to fish.
