Skin savers... not really!

Sad this product doesn't work! I used them for my splitboards skins; with wide skins the savers made ungluing and unfolding the skins very easy! but I discontinued it's use, one of the savers sherd and left parts of it on the skin's glue! also the savers left little pieces of it on the glue, I discontinued using the savers, if not my skins would be lost!
The idea is great, sad it doesn't work.

Voile makes some called "Cheat Sheets". They look about the same material as these. But maybe they'll work better. Give them a try.

Sad, good idea but the skin savers don't work. They tend to leave tiny particles on the glue, and also to shred and leave parts of the mesh on the skin, I discontinued use before wrecking my skins.
It's a good idea, large skins are very easy to pry with the savers, again sad that the savers don't work!

The skin savers just make it eaier to pry apart!And they keep the glue clean.But on ski tours the extra weight is not worth the bother{just for storage}

I have two of these skin savers that actually came with my skins. After having them on there for quite some time, the glue seems to disolve the plastic which then gets stuck on the skin. It's impossible to get it back off since the pieces that get stuck are tiny.

Frayed edges Fuzz and stick to glue

My Skin Savers seem to be fraying at the edges, and loosing a plethora of white fuzz which then sticks to the glue on my skins... I think I'll throw them away.
