The Firm 8 is in that 110-120 range. Keep in mind flex rating are not a standardized measurement, but are specific to each manufacturer; these should be taken with a grain of salt.

For comparison, the Stiff 10 tongue is compared to a 130 flex index.

A number 8 flex could probably be compared to something quite a bit stiffer than the Nordica 100 flex. 100 is about a 5-6 in the Full Tilt scale.
