Too many low-profile helmets lack adequate ventilation—that's why Fox Racing gave the freeride-ready Transition Bike Helmet skate styling, then added a ton of vents to cool your head when the competition heats up. The other thing you'll notice when you put it on is how light it is. That's because while most dirt jump helmets have heavy plastic shells, the Transition has the same in-mold construction featured in Fox Racing's other helmets.
