I do not understand why people ask questions with all caps and three question marks as though the continued existence of all mankind holds dear relies on a fast answer, especially when first of all, you can use Live Chat to get a fast answer and second, THE ANSWER IS ALREADY ON THE FREAKING PAGE IN THE TECH SPECS WHERE IT SAYS "Powder Skirt: No." It absolutely cannot be put to you any clearer than that. Next time, chill out and READ the page for more than a fraction of a second before shouting your banal questions to the world.
