These pants are 10K waterproof rating. I board in the wet stuff of New Hampshire and Vermont. Will these be waterproof enough for me?

10K is legit. As long as you are not swimming in them, they will keep you dry. As soon as you think they are starting to let the elements in, spay some scotch guard on there to help out a little.
