Extremely disappointing

The lapis blue color looked stunning in the picture alas it wasn't true in real life. When I opened the box the color was a definite 'hospital scrubs'. I decided to try it on anyway because I figured I could exchange it for another color. The style of the shirt was what I was looking for but the execution wasn't. Once on, the pintucks just looked sloppy. I *think* the design was suppose to be that the width of the tucks increased closer to the hem. In reality it looked like someone couldn't measure accurately nor sew straight. On top of all this, the thread color didn't match the fabric so all the top stitching stuck out like a sore thumb. I really wanted this to be the shirt of my adventure travel dreams but Ex Officio let me down.
