I love that one side is open mesh and the other has a nylon film on the inside of the mesh to hold whatever in. Which would be handy if you were trying to keep your stink sock from stinking up your clean one. I on the other hand use it to keep my chalk bag from getting chalk all over my rope and harness. Which in its self makes it a great buy, but the other side is great for car keys or band-aids which I love.

I bought a couple different sizes of the Eagle Creek 'Pack-It' products. I originally bought them to organize and separate clothing and gear on a motorcycle trip. They worked great for that! All my clothing could be rolled up and one cube went in each saddlebag. The smaller ones work great for other items. Flashlights and other small gear in one, extra gloves and a pair of nylon shorts in another. For an overnight or weekend trip- they are fantastic. Separate your clothing in 2 of these, and slide them in a small backpack and you are good to go. I will be using these for backpacking as well.

I got this for my child to pack her clothes and it works great. I like that it is smaller so it fits youngsters clothes much better than the full size ones. Great product and has its place in our Eagle Creek Collection!

I highly recommend the Eagle Creek Pack-It Cube system when traveling in a large bag, especially duffels and backpacks. Keep your clothes from getting wrinkled and lost in the bottom of your bag with a couple of Pack-It Cubes of various sizes. I like the two sided half cube for socks and underwear, one side for each.
