Dynastar PX 12 Lifter Wide Ski Binding

Mount up the Dynastar PX 12 Lifter Wide Binding, and take control over your big-mountain boards. The wide-brake version of the PX 12 features the signature Look suspended heelpiece, which gives you 25mm of consistent elastic travel to prevent pre-release in sketchy terrain.

  • Wide 100mm brakes fit today’s fat skis (and can bend even wider)
  • 6mm toe/6.5mm heel lift eases turn initiation and adds leverage over big planks
  • Dual-wing PX toepiece for consistent and safe release in backward twisting falls
  • 3.5-12 DIN range allows skiers to progress without requiring a new binding every season

Bottom Line: Pro knees trust the PX. So can you.

Got the job done!

I had these mounted on the skis I used last year (they were Dynastars). The DIN on these only goes up to 12, so if you are looking to really crank your binding you will want something else. I had these most of the time around 10, but sometimes higher, so I often had them at their limit. They did their job well and kept me in unless I really needed to come out. Overall they were a very good and strong pair of bindings. They aren't the lightest bindings I've ever used (compared to some of Salomon's like the STH 14 or 16 and Marker's griffon/jester) but their weight was fine as well.

These work

Kept me on my skis all season! Didn't have any major blow-outs, so it helps to be a badass...or wuss, you decide. Totally match my Dynaster skis (bottom of the priority list!) but very easy to mount on the Dynastar/Look riser mount. I know its super rad to screw your binders into your skis, but it made for a super smooth ride as I still enjoy to open it up on corduroy. My sticks are about 90mm underfoot, so no problems with the brakes.

Nice

It's a binding that goes up to 12. Yep. Fits over my 94mm waist Snoop Daddies with a few mm to spare, so I'd say the 100mm they claim is accurate before you'd have to start bending.
