will it fit a 105 underfoot

There are two waist width options. One is 92 the other is 110. The 92 definitely will not fit. The 110 will work really well actually, as there will only be about 2.5 mm or .25 cm on either side of the ski. Go for the 110, should work out really well for you.

I would like to know whether the crampons always ought to set

I would like to know whether the crampons always ought to set in the bindings when i´m skiing, or otherwise i will have to set them, only when i find ice o hard snow. My bindings are dynafit speed.

You only put these on when you need to use them for hard snow and ice, otherwise you store them in your pack.
