Yes, this shoe is pretty roomy. If you are in between sizes, I would just size up to make sure. If you are a size 8, for example, I would buy a size 39 and a size 9 should buy a size 40. If your width is really wide, like a DD, then you might either have to go 2 sizes up, or shop for a different shoe. Hope that helps!

I bought the DANSKO Camilla clogs about a month ago. I work in a nursing home and my job entails a large amount of walking. Over the years I have become very flat footed and these shoes are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worked in. The insole is soft and the support for my arches is incredible. My boss was not happy that they weren't white until she tried them on herself. I, now, have permission to wear them. It would be nice if they were offered in white to match nursing uniform colors. To make a long story short, I would diffinitely recommend them to anyone, for play and for people who do a lot of walking in their job. I am sure glad I bought mine!

This NEXT GENERATION clog sole is the best thing Dansko has ever done. It's very firm foam, cushy enough for tender feet yet strong enough for serious support of arch, bottom heel and ball of the foot. This open-backed Camilla clog stretches a bit and will work for a foot that is a little wide or has a high instep. If you are not sure of your size, and you have a normal to small foot, you might order a 1/2 size smaller or plan to wear with socks once the initial stretch happens at about a week. I got these to use as my slippers and my house shoes. I also got the Dansko CALLA clogs, closed back (from another site) and they offer more ankle support. As I tend to twist my ankles while working in the kitchen, I need the closed back for serious support, but these open-backed CAMILLA are wonderful for hot days to just slip in and out of. Personally, I would not wear them out of doors, especially to go down stairs, as I tend to loose my footing. If you don't have to do stairs, these may be fine for most people. I got the brown and the are dark brown, but with the cut-out, quite okay for a summer look.
I can't say enough good about this particular NEXT GENERATION Dankso sole. I am replacing all my Dansko clogs with only those of this sort of sole. It's still a bit heavy, but the support is what I've waited for for a decade, since developing plantar fascititis.
