These are great shoes! They are light and durable and have one of the best foot beds of all time. These shoes are very comfortable like my 8" Danner boots except they arent as tall or as heavy (and the boots aren't that heavy). They are stable to walk or hike in and great in bad weather because of the Gore Tex insert. The GTX is also a good looking shoe, too many on the market are going for style, what style, ugly, but not these. I can wear with jeans or my chinos and I don't look like a dork.
